Sorry about that, I only have a half you to take any pics before my partner gets him from work at the moment.
Thanks for the feedback, they feel a lot firmer Smile
Ok, I'm definitely not pregnant.
I think my hormones are a bit out of sync because of coming off of bc which may have led to the random symptoms.
Glad I can continue with NBE
Measured today:
Bust: 51.2" (1.2" gain!)
Under: 38.5" (0.5" gain Sad )
Don't usually post these as I am not happy with them, but am getting more comfortable with you guys and know you won't judge
Waist: 39" (1" loss)
Hips/butt: 53" (didn't measure this before but this is now my reference)

Do you guys think I could reach 55-35-55?
I think you can! And congrats on the progress. Smile

I wonder how long it will take me. I have the feeling my butt and boobs will get there before my waist lol
Hi, Katana,
Have you looked into hula hooping? I believe it's the same motions as twisting, per Pinnochia's threads.
With a weighted hula hoop, it would also be like a foam roller session, I think....
Glutegirl (glutegirl3.com) had some info on that, try Glutegirls Hula hoop.

I'm finding that calisthenics is going to be best for all of us, making strong, lean, flexible muscle. I like weights, but watching Strength Wars on youtube, and seeing the differences in the flexibility and control, plus the difference in the build...? Calisthenics, yoga, pilates, etc. works better for feminine strength and flexibility. In similar vein, the Hula Hoop exercise would help a lot, especially for us born male, to develop flexibility in the hips and narrow the waist over time...

And you have a head start due to your genetics, so... Big Grin
I'll see about purchasing that program over the weekend.

That sounds like a good idea! When I can afford it I will definitely look into it.
I am thinking of purchasing a skipping rope and going down to the car park in the mornings. (our car park is small and closed off from the public by an electric gate) its the only outside area we have
have you ever thought about doing planks? they are good for building core strength. plus you can really do em anywhere and they only take like a minute to do.

Thanks for the idea. I'm going to write up an exercise regime for when my partners at work (I don't like exercising in front of people)
Ok so I have decided to do the following:
Zumba, 20 mins
Circuit of:
Dips
Push-ups
Squats
Plank
Crunches
1 min for each exercise repeat 3 times. I will keep a diary of how many reps I am able to do for each exercise.
Later I will do each exercise for longer and add more cycles.
I also aim to move onto the full zumba weight loss programme at the start of next month.
For now I shall alternate daily between zumba and circuits.

I will be starting this on Monday as I have a busy weekend ahead!
