Hey guys, I was on here as PaddedPrincess before but for whatever reason my account just wouldn't let me log in one day. So I'm back as ZFeliz and I guess I'll just have to continue these posts in the comments instead. I have to be honest when I say that things in my life got crazy for awhile and being unable to log in here, I really slacked off. I'm back at it again, and I'm happy to say that during that time I DID continue to do upper body excersises and didn't lose my muscle tone. Yay for that at least. I've been doing the Chi circles and my aloe plant is growing like crazy so I have plenty of that to continue massage. I don't know if this is going to dissapear into cyber space, but I thought I'd let you know I'm still alive, lol!
