Thank you for all of your responses! Going to try these. Also @Tibetan, if Prolactin is the cause, what might be the solution? I apologize as I'm catching up on all of the different hormones and how they affect the body and in what amounts they should be present in the body. Probably should have made sure I was very knowledgable on the topic before I started changing my body. again, all of your comments and help is very appreciated.
