It doesn't have too many adverse effects. It will usually take rather large doses or an existing health issue to see them. But yes, for some people PM Definitely can cause headaches and leg pains, as well as a host of other problems. Sometimes something that helps circulation can lessen the issues though.
You probably won't ever see any of them, but if you notice something strange..at least you'll have an idea why.
