I swell a week or so before my period starts.
Just an update: 80.5 cm at the moment. Started at the same measurement.
Few more days till the 1st bottle is done.
Still hoping I get good results by the time the 2nd bottle is done >,<

After 5 weeks on Wonderup I can see a definite difference. It's not much but it's made me feel very encouraged.

Stick with it girls and aimingford if Wonderup gave you more swelling than usual it must be doing something. It seems like the herbs have had some effect on you, so hopefully that's a good sign.
