So i started wonderup from yesterday. 6 pills a day.
Im also doing some massage with flax oil dailu
And taking deva hair skin n nails vitamins.
I have ordered red clover- does anyone know if its ok to take rc with wu?

If I'm correct WU doesn't contain RC to begin with but I only gave a quick glance to the ingredients list.
The quick answer is, red clover should be fine with WU. It depends on dosing and mg.
RC is a phytoestrogen and the ingredients in wonderup are a mix of general good health along with some phyto estros and progesterones.
The fact it has milk thistle is great too which is often used for liver health but does sometimes act like a phyto hormone.
Typically the BO is the only thing you can't use phytos with in general.
Hopefully that's a sufficient answer, just be aware of your body and how it's reacting.

Maybe all that swelling was cuz My period was on its way.now I'm on my third day of period. I really hope I dont lose all fulness and roundness..
Still taking WU (2) three times a day, and 2 red clovers once a day.

Hi aimingford. Did you swell more than you usually do at that time of the month?
Hey, I've had a similar experience. I reached that time where I usually experience some swelling but this time it was much more than usual. Now some of it I've lost, but some of it seems to be remaining. I'll have to wait a bit longer to be sure, but it does look like some of this swelling is going to stay.
Ihope so! Im almost done with the first bottle. I only got two.. Wondering f inshould get the third .
