Most women on ethinylestradiol should grow breasts, yes. You can just try siriporn and see if you get growth. If you don't, something else must be missing.

most of my friends who are on birth control don t see an increase in breast size just a little bit of swelling ,apart from one friend who gains about a cup size but she has already a large C to start with,is overweight and has PCOS.

Something important..I have very low body fat although I dont diet and eat carbs and fat.Could this mean that I have low estrogen?
I ve been trying for years to go up in weight and increase my body fat but I only gain about 2kgs when I lift weights and take protein shakes.I am 175 and 56.5kgs.I eat like my brother but still have difficulty to gain weight/fat.I am pear shaped ,have rounder hips but seems like the last couple of years I ve lost some of my hips' roundness and my pear shape is also due to my bone structure(I am wider at hips).

do you know which is the safe way to use phytoestrogens but avoid downregulation of estrogen and progesterone?

You must have been about 21 then. If you got the diane 35 at that age, I think it was an unfortunate choice, because cyproterone acetate is so progestinic. Low estrogen can be a cause of difficulties accumulating fat, but then you should come out of doctor Lee's test with clear progesterone dominance.

The safest way to avoid dowregulation is to take low doses, to prevent stalling.

There are three ways to bypass downregulation:
1) cycling
2) maca, because it increases DHEA
3) decreasing sex hormones other than estrogens, by taking for example an anti-androgen to suppress DHT.

when I was 21 I took yasmin and yes I did grow a little bit but not something you could see as breast enlargement.There is no measurable difference and didn t go up in bra size I just got some cleavage.I guess I went from flat as a board to having very small breasts with some roundness.My bf at that time said I went double in size,but I was flat to begin with and still very small.I' d love to go to a full B.I wear european 70B(US 32B) padded bras at the moment,but I think I am an A.If my bras are not padded I don t fill the 32B.I hope I get bigger gains on PM.

I took diane35 those past 6months(I think they are 5months ) and got some swelling.Not any measurable or noticeable growth though.By the way I haven 't mentioned on this forum that I have macrolane 60ml in each breast that took me to a fuller 32B.I m still small but I' m fuller and round.I want to start NBE because macrolane will be out of my body in about 7months and I m not going to have it again.I want to have natural fuller breasts.If I could go to a very full 32B I would be so happy with my body.I am very slim and it would look good on me.

PM will work because Yasmin worked. Fenugreek will work because you got swelling from the cyproterone acetate in diane 35.
