I've been reading through the Archives and considering taking Nettle root instead of SP. Just wondering if anyone has used this and found it works well?

this is my question too, i would dearly love to know how stinging nettle root compares to saw palmetto. i am thinking not so much of reducing testosterone, but of preventing conversion of testosterone to DHT.
