Hi, I was just wondering if borage seed oil is the same as borage oil? I was just looking at wiki and they seems different! And I was using borage seed oil from rosemoutainherb all along and still have plenty left.

If they are not the same, can anyone tell me where I can get borage oil? Thanks

As far as I know, it's the same thing: the seeds are the only part of the plant that has a lot of oil.
