So about Caffeine Interfering with NBE

#1

So I read somewhere here that caffeine and coffee interfere with NBE. So is it the coffee itself or the caffeine in coffee? Would I be able to drink decaff coffee and still get good results? I am currently taking a fat burner with 60mg of caffeine in it and I really like the results and I want to keep taking it. Would that 60mg of coffee really stop my NBE that much or should I either stop taking the diet pill or lose weight first and then start with my NBE. I hope that I can do both at once. Like in your opinion or if you know for a fact how badly does coffee and caffeine interfere with NBE? Please and thank you for your help! Big Grin

Hi there,

coffein triggers the production of cortisol (the stress hormone) and other
hormones. Another effect of cortisol is the decreased blood flow to into
the organs. Decreased blood flow will/can stunn your growth.
Another question... you do NBE and take diet pills?? Not the optimal
combination in MY opinion... (Store Fat / water in breasts...??)
Diet pills are made to increase the base metabolism of fat, carbohydrates
and protein.

I guess the ingredients of the diet pills are much worse then the
caffein thats in there. You should post the ingredients to get a better
view on your diet pills...

Do you have any sources (other than that's what you've always heard) for these statements?
