Hey everyone.
I just placed an order with Swanson Vitamins, its a 3 month supply of:
250mg Raw Ovarian Glandular (9 bottles) thinking to take 3 pills twice a day
80mg Raw Pituitary Glandular (3 bottles) thinking to take 1 pill twice a day
500mg L-Tyrosine (1 bottle plus 1 bottle free) thinking to take 1 pill morning
225mg Kelp (1 bottle plus 1 bottle free) thinking to take 1 pill in the morning
Anyways, I wanted to know when do I start, before my period, during, or right after my period??
or it doesn't really matter?
Should I take the BO and the Pituitary on an empty stomach, right?
That's what Bountiful Breast suggests.
I also read that L-Tyrosine and Kelp is best taken in the morning so that the body will have access to it all day.
Would really appreciate any information cause I am new to this whole Bovine Ovary thing, lol!
