I'm very new! Can anyone tell me if I can use a PM cream while taking herbs? And I'm on BCP, so I have no menstrual cycle... Can I use the PM topical daily?
I've been on 3000mg EPO and 1000 MSM (ramping up slow) and Wild Yam Cream with Chi twice per day, and fennel seeds (a teaspoon in food). Just ordered Barlean's esential woman and Fenugreek and hops.
Already seeing some fullness, nothing major, but something in two weeks!
