The theory on this board is that massage stimulates growth. Supposedly massaging the smaller one only helps it catch up to the bigger one, but i havent found that... yet. I think I just haven't been as adamant about it as I should be.

There are alot of nerves in breast, so massage will stimulate but not necessary on growth. Massage do help to firm up the breast if the correct method being used.

I agree, massage doesn't do the actual growing. Your breast grows because you ate or massaged something into it, massage alone will not grow your breasts because moving breast tissue around does not provide proteins, hormones, or calories to grow anything. What is does is assist your breasts in transporting the nutrients through better blood flow, lymph node, and breast duct circulation. Remember that one breast naturally is smaller than the other. Many women when getting breast implants, to keep them natural-looking will ask that one of them be made 1/4 to 1/2 a cup size smaller than the other one. If you don't want that look, you can add a strong breast cream like Pueraria Mirifica or Volufiline and massage it into one breast and that will make a difference or you can do muscle exercises on one side to push that one out more.

Has anyone actually had results by massaging the PM into the breast tissue? I've wanted to try it but I've never seen anyone actually have success with it. I tried fenugreek, but it made my skin irritated.

I think it was tigerlily or fengshui (or maybe both) who grew with massage and eating "boobie foods" such as gelatin soup.

I use a PM mixture for massage, and I have seen results from it.

You are the fortunate one. Normally it will take times to show the effect.
