Well I decided I might as well go ahead and join this forum instead of lurking...

I'm a 34/36D, which may sound nice but it's not all that great. I Lost a lot of weight a few years back and from getting big 40fs and losing the weight they became quite saggy and kinda hollowish? They look great in a bra and not all that bad without but I really want to fill out the skin I stretched out when I was fat. They have loads of stretchmarks on which wouldn't look so bad if the breasts were actually full and not like empty bags.

Anyway... I have ordered my PM and plan on starting chi massaging today! I would love a NB but unfortunately just can't afford it right now.

I started a fitness program a year ago which I have been and and off with. Part of it involved a lot of press ups. When I started I couldn't do 1 and have to practise on my knees. Now I can do 14 full press ups. I have noticed a big difference in the lift of my breasts just due to exercise. It really does lift them up!


I'll be posting photos very soon and hopefully in the future I can post my progress!

yh i think pm should work great on you!
I was similar had Gs then went really underweight, gained weight back(im not big now uk 8) but still had small ds i gained over 4inches after 3mnths of pm!(i have pics in the pm section)
