Is it ok to take milk thistle with BO all the time (not just during a periodic cleansing)? Or will it cancel it out?

Doesn't milk thistle boost glutathione? I might not take milk thistle specifically but I want to boost my glutathione levels. I'm just worried that it will cleanse my body of the BO and it won't work. It has no point for NBE. It just helps me think more clearly and have more energy.
