I've heard that Greenbush makes great extract, but they don't sell hops. I know extracts can vary in quality, so what's the most reliable place?

Why not use dried and powdered, like most people do? Check my program thread for the link. Many people also use pellets, which are sold in shops for home brewers. Google "Hallentauer perle".
