Definitely is nasty by itself ... it really wasn't too bad in the Vanilla Yogurt mix. I wouldn't put it on my list of "favorite snacks" but if I see results I could deal with it.

Actually, FWIW, Hops did nothing for me on the NBE front either.
How long did you stay on the Dried Flowers? From what I have seen so far the weakest form is the powdered capsules, then the liquid extract (1:1 in alcohol) and now the dried flowers "appear" to be the strongest. Comparing doses on the labels was kinda worthless for me ... even when I tried what was supposed to be an equal doese of powdered vs liquid extract they weren't even close to the same in what I could feel.
Plus the amounts of liquid that I had to take to see/feel any results was crazy (there were days that I took 14 grams in a single day) Based on what I felt from 1.5 grams of the Flowers I wouldn't even consider taking 14 grams of that.
Again .. this is way soon ... but I'll keep everyone posted.
