I haven't started writing the NBE crash course yet, but then I had two great days with the kids
I still have the carbs cravings, and I'm pretty sure it's the L-arginine. But since it costs four times my whole normal NBE budget, I want to finish what I have before end May as planned. At least by then I'll know if I even want to buy more.
I just finished prof. Swaab's book, and since he's a neuro-endocrinologist, he extensively discusses the role of each hormone in the brain. He links depression to an over-active stress axis, so if hops causes depression, could it increase cortisol? Vasopressin (ADH) regulates the body's water content, so it must have an interaction with prolactin and an effect on swelling. These are only two examples: I've obviously got to do some more reading.
