And yes, you are reading it right. I must say it's a big surprise to me, even though it's in line with my program as I built it from experience. I always found the amount of 5α-reductase inhibitor in hops alone is too high already, and I have been looking for a second phyto-estrogen for quite a while. Flax wasn't a good choice, because it contains an anti-androgen too, secoisolariciresinol diglycoside (SDG). PM contains β-sitosterol. That's why I wanted to try soy. And maybe that's why people used to like red clover.
I've been soy free for weeks. Even my cereals and mayonnaise and garlic sauce contain only traces of soy. I was about to start a soy experiment, but I'm afraid I need to postpone it for another two weeks. I'll update my stats later today.
