Thank you for your advice and for such a warm welcome. You guys are definately right, my rough draft could use some simplifing.
and the PM/maca/ginkgo/fg/GR/hops lineup sounds like a great idea..thanks isabelle!!!
So are you suggesting that I should start with one herb first and then add one herb every two weeks? if so i was thinking to start PM day 1 of my cycle, then maca, then ginkgo, then goats rue, then fenugreek and keep hops for my 2nd part of my cycle.
Im still researching PM as we speak, but from what I did read, im supposed to take pm when my body naturally has increased estrogen and I am supposed to start it on day 1 (which is the first day of my period), increase it on day 6, lower it back down on day 12 so I can ovulate on day 14 and take hops for the second half of my cycle..right?
In regards to muscle, i should probably work out my legs and butt under my NBE program so I could build muscle in those places. In additon, should I wait until after taking PM to start a weight gain regimen?
