I would go to 3 PM three days after your period ends. On the chart, you are now on day 2, because your period started yesterday. Count from there. You just had a long cycle: that happens on PM.
I know it says 1 PM on day two, but just stay on 2 until day 8: if you decrease PM now, your ovaries may see it as a signal to start an ovulation. That will mess up timing again.
I consider cycling for next spring. It worked for Pansy Mae.
