The wikipedia page on HGH is interesting:

It lists L-arginine, but not L-glutamine to increase HGH. Off the top of my head, L-arginine is a body builder thingy, and L-glutamine is more brainy. My dad used to buy it for me when I was trying to wrap my head around engineering math.
There is also an interesting statement in the wikipedia page: only human or primate GH is useful for humans. Chimp placenta, anyone?
I will look into the NIH fact sheets next. I wasn't planning on supplementing for HGH before fall, but this may take a while.
