Thanks, GorgeousBlonde. Have you seen any results from taking PM and GR together?

I will report in 4 months and again in 1 year on "programs page", NBE is a long-term program that takes time.

I'm enjoying this thread.

Just a thought, Chiyomilk appears to make her living by selling supplements and clothing. When buying products that she recommends, I recommend using links from her site so that she will benefit from sharing her experiences and program.

If anyone would like to send her a message, try this page:

(
the above is from Google Translate of this page:

I'm sure that she would thoroughly enjoy hearing from ladies using her methods. She may also be willing to talk to Rakuten and work out shipping arrangements to countries outside of Japan.

I am now spotting... Sad I don't know what went wrong!!!! I took the pills just like everyone takes them. I don't take any other pills exept the PM. My body temp is still low...35.8-35.9 Sad I am now on day 22 of my cycle.
Should I panic or should I not? Smile I didn't understand what you said....Smile
when I ovulate...I don't have much of a difference in the morning body temp reading...I think its a different of 0.5-1.0 a change in the body temp. So I don't know when I really ovulate...it confuses me a lot! My cycle usually is 28 days...so I assumed that I ovualte on day 14. but again there are some cycles that I have a long cycle...up till 32 days. Now I think that my cycle will be really long...my body temp didn't go up yet...and I am now on day 22 of my cycle. Dodgy

Hi Eva, the fact that there's almost no change in temperature is actually not good. It means you have "luteal phase deficiency" which mean very low progesterone. I hope you understand what this means - hormonal imbalance. Low progesterone is one of the major reasons women can't get pregrant (or actually they can concieve but without high progesterone in luteal phase the egg can't survive). High progesterone - high temperature, easy to remember! Smile Btw, high progesterone in luteal phase is equally imprtant for NBE as high estrogen in follicular phase.

It's easy to understand when you ovlate if you do BBT charting. You should mark a drop of temperature 2 days before your ovulation, it's significant and it's easy to notice. Look at your charts, somewhere about days 8 - 14. After that drop your temperature should only be climbing up until dropping down before period. In luteal phase it should be closer to 37 while in follicular - around 35-36.

You can add PC in luteal phase and see if it makes the difference.

My temperature went up yesterday and today. yesterday it was 36.3 and today it was 36.5 - So I usually have my temperature go up after a few day's from my ovulation...but I wonder why my body temp was so low for so long this month. I think that I will try Bella's method next month.
I hope that it will be o.k.

Many thanks for your response. It does make sense!
Because of my bc I jump over days 6 to 16 of a normal cycle when the egg is preparing to be released and is then released and go straight to day 16, i.e. post-ovulation. Basically the days 16-24 are days 6 to 26 in my cycle. In a way I am benefiting from bc since I have longer time for growth during the luteal phase, right? I have fennel tea, fenugreek and goat's rue capsules at home at the moment. Can I use these? I would love to start taking fenugreek again since it helped me a lot with my milk supply when I was breastfeeding and made my breasts very sore very quickly when I used it for NBE. I will have to look into hops. I do not even know what hops is in German where I live at the moment so I would need to research first. What about the amounts?
Unfortunatelly, days 6-11 are not part of my cycle but lots of women grow whilst on bc so it looks like it is not necessary to ovulate in order to grow. Hopefully, it will not be a problem.

Hi Luisa,

You really need the estrogen peak of days 6-16:

For FG and GR, take 2,000 mg. FN is no more than 500 if you use it all month, but make sure you use enough to be progesterone dominant on days 16-24:

I am trying to alter between herbs and PM throughout my cycle, as well. I want to try to take Greenbush's Enhancement Blend with Fenugreek, Wild Yam, and Saw Palmetto during the second half of my cycle. I know I'm supposed to be progesterone dominant during those days, so my question is if these herbs will do the trick? Or should I try some others?

Hi NotSoBusty,

I'm not sure if the Enhancement Blend has it, but the Greenbush #2 kit has fennel as a progestin.

The Enhancement blend doesn't have it, but I actually have some bulk fennel!
Should I add that? Or just take fennel alone during the luteal phase?
