Hi all!
I am considering maybe to give PM a try.
I am now taking BO for about 8-8.5 months. I grew the first 4.5 months 1.5". but today I measured again...and I saw that I lost a full inch!!! that means that I only have a total growth of 0.5" in 8-8.5 months!!! DANG!!!
But I don't blame the BO....I workout a lot lately. I workout 5-6 times a week. and I do high intense workouts.
My workouts take about an hour to 1 hour and 40 minutes.
BO works! But I was thinking to try the PM brand.
So...
My question is :
How do I know if the PM is farmed or not?! I mean... Companies can say that they are farmed.
I asked Bella (From Bella's PM) if her PM is pure. and she said that her PM is farmed. she also said that the PM is grown for 5-10 years and only then they take the PM...So it's good quality!

I don't know anything about Bella PM but most PM is farmed today and the one I use, MiroHealth is grown for 4 years before harvested. I guess it's easy to control the quality of the soil when it's farmed and they can then avoid heavy metals and chemicals to ensure best quality on their products.
But “pure” is more than that because the most important is how it’s manufactured and processed to avoid mold, fungus etc.

for how long are you taking PM now?
How much did you grew from it?
are you taking any other supplements with it?

Eva BS, I know that premium pueraria or puerariaprem is farmed cultivar PM. If you're considering PM, take it slow. I freaked out when on the 2nd cyle of taking PM (600mg), my period was late for 8 days (went for 33 days), and that was the first time that it happened to me. The most I was late for my period was 31 days, and those 4 times, I was pregnant.
PM is a strong herb. I love the results on my hair and skin. I don't know if it helped with breast growth since I was also noogling.

I was looking at the site of the PM you recommended. I wanted to ask how many pills of PM you need to take per day?
I need to send the company an email because I need to know from what their caps are made from.

Hi Eva_BS,
I only took PM for 2 cycles. After being late for 8 days on the 2nd cycle, I stopped. I emailed the company and they recommended 2 pills a day. That dose maybe too weak. I started 2 pills a day on my first cycle, and 2pills/day dose did not change my period. It was when I ramped to 4, and then to 6 mg/day, that it messed up my cycle.
I don't know where their PM caps are from, but it seemed that this company is the only one that troublemaker Carla approves. I believe the farmed cultivar PM comes from northern Thailand.
If you do decide to take PM, ramp up slow. I'm one of those who thought my body will not get affected by herbs, and I was wrong. PM is a strong herb. I took fenugreek and maca and I didn't experience any side effects. I'm currently taking fenugreek/saw palmetto/wild yam with fennel/hops/soy powder tea and so far no bloating or weight gain yet (on my 3rd week). It was only PM that was powerful enough to make me delay my period.

how would you know if the companies are just making up their answers? there's no regulators.
oh, and i wouldn't buy any supplements from a company whose website and presentation looks like a 15yr old did it.

For the record, I didn't take the PM from this site. I took the cheap PM in pink bottle from thanyaporn.com. This is the same one that Philli from noogleberry forum took to get to a 34E I think from 34B (not sure exactly but somewhere in that range and she could be 36 band) combined with noogling or pumping for 5 years. She started with 4 mg for 3 months, rested for a month, then took 2 for the duration, and eventually to 1mg/day when she reached her size goal. She took PM and noogled at the same time. If I'm not mistaken, she took a month break for every 3 months of taking PM.
I only knew about this site from a post here and I emailed them to ask how many mg for breast enlargement purposes, and co. above responded with 2 mg a day. I'll purchase from this company when I do try PM again in the future.
