I also want to remind everyone that we are beautiful people. I think that one reason hypnosis works so well is because it often reminds us with statements about all the positive potential we have, especially while we are enhancing some of those positive attributes. Thank goodness for the internet, eh.

KmKm, can you please tell us more about your experience with Petit Morte? How did you use it for example. I used it too, but I think the think for me is that I didn't stick with it and maybe I didn't know how I should use it. You know how one can open 40 while surfing the internet? I literally do that! I read many books at once, too. Ha. My new commitment is to stick to just one thing for now, but I do like to collect information. So, spill it girl ! Please and thank you!

while you listen to hypnosis, don`t let your mind interfere. I mean try to be as mindless as possible as if the hypnotherapist is your god and he knows everything and you just need to obey. don`t let negative thoughts like "it`s impossible to have bigger breasts after listening only 1 time and etc." come in your way. just surrender your mind and body to him and absorb whatever he says.

the other thing that helps me a lot is "visualization". I try to imagine I have bigger breasts I try to imagine the size, the shape and every details while doing other things such as surfing the net and etc. find some naked breasts that you like most on internet and choose your ideal breast shape. then try to imagine they are yours. details are very important.

I listen to a hypnosis whenever I feel I need one. i also listen to youtube subliminal BEs.

I do EXACTLY that KmKm. Well actually i've found a particular image i liked and i started using that every day and i avoid looking at my breasts and look at the image more so often
