I agree Elaine, yet even if it doesn't quite work, it brings in the mental aspect of NBE, like a placebo pill almost. So I enjoy it and since starting the trial I'm participating in, I actually just recently got real achy and sore... So I suppose it can work well if your mind is in the right place for it.
