The brava bra is kind of like the more popular noogleberry. It's a breast suction device. I'm afraid to potentially end up with messed up results or way too big breasts if I do suction and hypnosis together.

I wish I had the blessing to have breasts that are too big...

Haha I know how you feel about that, but too big is not good either (for me). I used to have breast implants for 2 years and they were TOO big for my body proportions, looking unnatural and out of balance - and I hated them so much that I got them removed 2 months ago, and then my breasts were TOO small following the breast explant operation.

Now after almost the fourth week of brava suction and 2 weeks of Blake Talks, my breasts are almostjust the right size/proportion for my body. I believe that Blake talks is working alongside the brava suctioning at night. I think if you believe it will work, then it will. I love his voice and even his accent, although I can understand how it isn't for everyone. He is so soothing.

I think it is ok to "fall asleep". I think that state of "falling asleep" is you being in a state of trance which happens with a successful hypnosis. When I feel that I am in a trance my brain doesn't consciously listen to his banterings, and the time goes by very fast. In the beginning (first few days, I thought I was sleeping, later on I realized I was actually in trance.) Next thing you know it he counts backwards and I awaken because he takes me out of that trance at that point. I don't think it is neccessary that you are consciously listening to everything he is saying. Your subconscious mind is listening to it while you are in that trance.
