I too kept falling asleep listening to Blake Talks. I have been listening to Steve Jones now for 1 week, and I fall asleep with him too.
I don't know if it's because I'm too tired or if it's because I get too relaxed and hence, you fall asleep.
If you think it's because you are tired when you're doing it, you could try doing it in the late morning when you are not so tired. Although, apparently, it doesn't matter if you are asleep, because your sub-conscious is still listening and taking note, your ears never sleep. So all the messages are still getting in.
