my experience with hypnosis

Kelly!

I need help.

I'm not sure why, but everytime I hear tracks 1, 2 and 3 (from Blake Talks) I can't help "falling asleep", the weird thing is I wake up when he starts counting backwards. I can hardly remember what he said during the tracks, yet I feel much more relaxed.

I was wondering what could I do to focus on the audio, and not let myself get carried away by sleep. Any suggestions?
