Hi guys, just wanted to answer your questions. Sorry for not visiting you more often. I think that's because I sort of forgot about NBE . Last night I was looking for a suit case in our closet and found NB in that suit case! It was funny, I think I hid it there so that my husband doesn't accidentally find it. Well, it all seems so far away now. So no, I haven't lost anything even though I completely stopped NBE. First, it was hectic when we were moving abroad and I didn't have time to do NBE, then I couldn't come to the conclusion if I like bigger breasts on me or not. Don't get me wrong, I think big boobies are beautiful. Just not on me. Since they got big (well, D cup is big for me) I wear clothes that actually hide them. Don't feel good when people stare. it's complicated and hard to explain.
Now I feel much better about this new size and don't "notice" ny boobs.
I liked how PM made my skin look and I would love to start taking it again but I don't want any growth.
Btw, I forgot to mention that when I stopped PM I got a light case of acne. it was gone in few weeks by itself.
I still take Meiji collagen when I remember about it. I have few bags left and I think it's really high quality marine source collagen.
Also, when you do NB you get used to sort of "inflated" look of your boobs. When you stop it goes down but they don't really shrink. They are just not inflated any longer.
Eva, I forgot, did you try PC to balance your hormones? If not then this is something to consider, definately. I used it after my very first NBE attempt. I was taking herbs as described in Lucile Sorela's book and totally screwed up my cycle. Was experiencing worst PMS and symptoms of estrogen dominance throughout the whole cycle. PC corrected it.
Melissa, I don't know how many inches because I think centimeters and cups. I think BO gave me a cup or 1 and 1/4. PM gave me 2 cups. Now I can wear either 32D or 34C and they sit tight. Starting size - a good (full) A though it was smth between A and B right before period.
