you should definately use topicals. Most if not all PM brands have lotions and creams so please use them because they work better than pills. Your liver "neutralizes" 70% of any pill you take so it's actually very little that your body really gets.

Cycling is not so clear. Everyone needs to work out what's best. We all are different and what works for one might not work for another. I can only speak from my own experience. I measure basal temperature so I always know when I approach ovulation. When I was doing NBE with PM I would stop PM pills 1-2 days before ovulation and resume day 3 or day 4. In the beginning I resumed on day 1 but then I would get cramps which were unbearable.

You can start with this routine and see if you can change it later.

Good luck with it! It is a good program. I grew very well on it, I was also using NB. I stopped few months ago and don't do anything for NBE at all. I didn't loose anything. Or actually I have noticed that the breasts kinda grow! Very very slowly, only I can notice but it's strange because I don't do anything at all for NBE right now.
