Hi Eva, what a coincidence! I'm travelling too! I'm in bthe US now, in Houston. I was in Walmart yesterday and I'm pretty sure they don't have it. I was actually looking for a supplement (for hair) which was recommended in EDS website. Couldn't find it either.
Besides, it's safer if you use PC recommended on Dr.Lee's website. There're many to choose from.
Do you use NB when you travel? I was soooooooo panicing because when we fly from Europe to the US they do additional baggage checks and I was so scared that they would open my bag and ask me "What is this, mam?"

Well, as far as I remember you were using really high doses of PM, didn't you? If yes then this can explain the fact that even though you were using it days 1-12 you still had so much of it in your system that it messed up your cycle.
I actually think I now understand the mechanism why it delays period. Your ovulation is supposed to be around days 12-14. If you take too much PM then you probably postpone your ovulation. So instead of day 12-14 ovulation may happen day 20 or even later! After ovulation it MUST take 14 days exactly before you get your period. So as simple as that.
Are you sure you ovulated that cycle? If not then it explains low progesterone. It's normal to have non-ovulatory cycles now and then but if they happen often then it may lead to estrogen dominance.
I know certain brands recommend thousands of mgs, I don't know if it is safe, really. I used to take 200mg, now in maintenance I take 100mg but I would like to take less, 50mg, unfortunately the capsules I take come in 100mg.
Chiyumilk was taking 330mg and then 110mg a day.
Try to experiment with cycling. And keep in mind that EVERYBODY gets delay during the first month. I consider it "almost normal", your body adjusts to PM.
