Hi guys, time to update. I get a lot of questions as private messages, so I decided to let everybody know what I'm doing now.

Today is day 3 of my cycle. This last cycle I wasn't taking PM capsules. I continued taking other supplements. Instead of a Japanese HA I now take Neocell, I'm running out of pig placenta but I managed to order more from a Japanese site which I mentioned before.

My cycle was 4 days shorter which for me is usually the sign of too much estrogen. I wasn't using PC this cycle.

This month I plan to use PM capsules but not PM lotion (will use Aumenti instead) because my boobs still grow and I just want to maintain the size. I will probably cut the dose even more. I was taking 2 capsules a day before (200mg) but now I will be taking just one. Decided to start today instead of day 1 because I get terrible cramps if I start day 1, I'm sure it is because of PM. When I was on BO I had absolutely no cramps btw. Without PM capsules my skin got a little worse - had a few pimples around ovulation time and before the period. According to my charts I didn't ovulate the month before but I did ovulate this last month.

I was noogling just 2-3 times during the last month, the swelling in luteal phase was substantial.

I take herbal supplements for reducing stress, started about 1,5 months ago. Just noticed yesterday that it contains hops!
