Hi Melissa, I noogled one hour each breast. Very time consuming but when I was doing so I got best results. For me it was very difficult to achieve any swelling at all. It is understandable because I haven't breastfed and my boobs were never streched before. I think it will be easier for you because your used to be bigger. I know that Anastasia used to have tubular breasts, but now her boobs look round and perky - all thanks to NB and massage.

I don't really know how estrogen dominance influences breast shape but I know that it inhibits breasts growth. You need to be very careful when you start phytoestrogens because strong opnes can make things worse. But if you bakance yourself first and then start adding them gradually then I think you'll be fine. You may be surprised that just making your hormonal status balanced alone can make your breasts grow!
