Hm.. I think I used PC cream for at least 3 months, maybe 4. I loved the results, boobs didn't feel swolen like on herbs, they felf bigger and heavier that's all. Never shrank back but after 3-4 months I didn't see any more growth so I stopped. Yes, only after ovulation, it's important or you may disrupt your cycle. Some pregnant women have lower progestrone and to avoid the risk doctors recommend use PC for them.

Since you're preparing for pregnancy I recommend you put your health first and be VERY causious when it comes to NBE experiments. Of course NB is 100% safe. When it comes to topicals I would like to think they're safe and really don't have a systemic effect (as notorious Carlaa, for example, says) though I can not be 100% sure.

Always remember that NBE and pregnancy planning are not coming very well together. You have to be VERY careful and not mess up your hormonal balance and THAT is tricky while doing NBE. Your progesterone level MUST be normal (high in luteal phase) in order for the egg to implant and survive. During pregnancy it is forbidden to experiment with phytoestrogens. For your baby's sake. Your boobs may grow much bigger than the first time.

Btw, getting your half a cup whihc you grew during pregnancy should be easy, it's much ealier to get what you used to have back.
