I must say I'm very pleased with the results so far, that's the least of it. I take many supplements so it's hard to say what worked but my skin has improved (could be HA or placenta or PM), hair improved - I have little hairs sticking out now, so it mean increased hair growth, my nails are stronger, I have buttocks now and boobs! I don't measure but I have a measuring bra (used to be B) but now it is a C-cup. It is so tight now that I think I could be a little over C now! It is amasing and I'm still not used to having boobs. Even now I see myself as a flat chested person and it is so shocking when, for example, I see guys staring (well, looking) at my boobs.
I started at A-cup, BTW. And I don't go head over hills yet because I don't know if it is permanent or not.
This month I am switching to Robust (Siriporn), just want to compare St.Herb and Siriporn myself because I think that's the only way to find out what works for me. So far I can only say that Robust cream is kinda strange - it doesn't get absorbed that easily. And their "serum" is just oil, not like a regular serum you buy for face, for example. This oil of course doesn't get absorbed at all, so I decided to use it with NB (I don't use NB that much nowdays because I just can't get any privacy
).
BTW, a friend of mine follows sort of the same routine (she doesn't write here because she doesn't speak English well) but she continues taking PM after ovulation, just really small dose (100mg) and she has even more growth though during these months her period gets delayed - 15 or even 20 days. This month I was just 2 days late, I think it can be considered normal.
