34AA WANT TO BE 34B - MY PROGRAM

before having son i was a 34a, while breastfeeding i was a 32 full b, after finished breastfeeding i dropped to 34aa, measurements as follows:

Underbust 30”
Over bust 31”
Above bust forgot to measure

ordered mirifem/full potential pills

Started mirifem tablets 20th November:
Day 1:
slight aches in right boob, massaged small amounts during the day.
Cut out coffee, drinking milk and eating cheese. And chicken.
Foods to add to diet:
1 tin tuna 25g protein
Boiled egg 7.9g protein
Natural yoghurt
Soya nuts – 100g = 37.5g protein
Beef jerky – 11g protein

Day 2 - 4:
loads of growing pains.

Day 5:
Had 1st protein drink 50g!
Still have slight tingles in breasts
Breasts seem fuller

Day 8
Having 1 coffee per day 2 hours before tablet,
do look a lot fuller. And more perky. No longer flat and empty.
Over bust measuring 32” (measured in evening) gained 1 inch (possible measured wrong 1st time?
Day 11
Increased to 1 and half pills as having no growing pains since the 3rd day, see if this makes a difference, ordered noogleberry today.

Day 12:
Underbust 31”
Over bust 32.5” (+1.5")
Above bust 32.5”

Day 14 – dec 4th:
Received PM today, 500mg pure PM started to take these also.

New program:
After breakfast take one full potential pill plus PM pill,
After tea take one full potential pill
Before bed take one PM pill.
Massage for 10 mins before bed.
Eating more protein – boiled eggs, chicken breast, tuna
Drinking full fat milk, eating cheese, gym twice a week.

Want to start protein shakes every day instead of twice a week.
Also start vitimans

day 15 - day 16
slight tingles, dont think getting growing pains, this worries me, not really had them since 1st week. hope they still growing.

Above bust 32.5”

although i dont feel i am getting any swelling, wondering if im not pumping enough? :S keep tryin!

hi there! glad you are having some success! one of the only times in our lives we want to be in pain right, lol!
well, since you welcome comments, i thought i would mention what i have been hearing healthwise. fish is a healthy alternative to meat generally. and yet, there are many types that may be advisable to avoid in large portions. tuna is one because it has been found to have high levels of mercury such that pregnant women are advised to avoid it. i guess albacore is a little better. i really enjoy beef jerky once in a while, but it is advised to avoid it sometimes because of high use of nitrates in processing. i have also taken the advice to try to keep supplements at least 20 minutes away (before and after) from caffeine, alcohol, and carbonated beverages for better absorbtion.
