i actutally did brava for much longer than 10 months... 10 months was my 100% committed phase of 12hr+ a day with no skip nights.... then after that, i was on and off for months after. while i'm certain i have more breast tissues now than before i started, i can't really say by how much. measuring is so inaccurate, depending on the posture, how straight the tape is, how much are you pressing into your nipples... the only thing i can say for certain is when i wear pushup bras, there are more tissues to push up.

i don't think how much i grew with brava is very impressive at all. i think most people would be disappointed of the meager gain compared to the hard effort. but for me, any gain is good having tried NBE for years with not much luck.

i did have a hormones test. mines are low all over. taking DHEA is supposed to help boost it since it's a precursor to sex hormones. but for me, DHEA only raises my testosterone, which is bad for boobs and acne and hairloss. but i find spearmint tea along with DHEA makes me feel the best. you can google DHEA and spearmint in relation to testosterones and sex hormones if interested.

lora, if you read back on my program, i tried BB too with horrible result. i ended up selling them. it just wasn't for me. i've tried everything on this whole forum over the course of a few years. everyone is different. what i found worked for me were PM and brava. noogleberry is a lot cheaper but it 100% does nothing for me.
