during your 20 weeks on brava, were you using only the smartbox? did you experience increasing swelling size throughout the 20 weeks? did you have to move up to a larger dome?

i think the smartbox's suction is too weak. so yes, i think you can just use the domes and suck out the air through the tubing like if you're drinking out of a straw. then fasten the end with a clip, or even with the non-fuctioning smartbox... just so it can seal the air in. but careful not to suck too much at the beginning. if you feel pain, back off. i can fill up both domes now in about 10hrs of wear without it hurting me. all i feel is a good amount of pull on my breasts.

how long after you stop brava did you deflate back to your before size? i'm very sorry that happened! did you take before and after photos? i find that's a better way to measure growth rather than measuring tape.

i don't know how old you are. i am in my early 30s, so i don't have the advantages of the younger girls. that's why i'm supplementing with PM and gelatin on op of brava. i also drink goat's rue tea and spearmint tea, but not that often anymore.

i've also been doing chest exercises. i'm not sure if the improvement in my shape is due to exercise or brava.. or maybe both.

on the PM front, i think i found a combination that i like, that's a little cheaper than me taking just st. herb. i'm now taking 1 siriporn and 1 st. herb morning and night. so 2 of each brand each day. let's just say i have a healthy libido with this combination too, as a bonus. i take PM 20 days in a row.

i'm not too fond of Bioeva's breast lotion because of the film texture it leaves on my skin. i think i prefer ro-bust lotion. st herb lotion smells better and has better texture, but it's way too expensive. i think i'm done experimenting with different PM brands for now. i'll just stick to siriporn and st herb.
