Hello Lled34AA,
I do exercise 4 x a week - power walk 3-4 miles each session. I also do light weight training. I used to walk 7 days a week but read that anything over 3 days burns the fat (from the breasts) that I need so that's why I scaled back. I also take 5HTP to counteract it but it still overwhelms me sometimes. When I tried BO about 1.5 yrs ago, I knew nothing about depression caused by it. It hit me so bad that I saw a psych dr. who said it was chemically caused. I stopped the BO but again didn't realize that PM (& now Hops) cause depression too. I never had PMS in my menstruating years. But I'm so desparate that I won't stop.
When are you going to change your name from 34AA? You earned a new name with your progress!!!!!
