my underbust flunctuates between 27.25" to 28" if i'm feeling bloated. i have a few 32A push up bras from calvin klein that fit me snug... more snug than the my 34AA bra from victoria secret. either way, i'm glad to have something to push up.

day 6 without noogling and the ring marks are STILL visible. i'm starting to question if i ever want to get back to noogling.

this is also the 6th day of me on natureday liquid (in conjunction with a lower dosage of PM). i don't know if it's the heating pad, or natureday, but i've been getting slight breast sensations here and there, which RARELY ever happened over the course of last year on NBE. my breasts are feeling fuller. measured 32.5" today.

i tried on an old cotton bra that used to be a bit too big on me. now it fits me snug. this is the FIRST time in over a year i'm seeing a difference in how my bra fits me! i really want to celebrate but there's a small part of me that thinks it could be that since it's a cotton bra, it could have shrunk due to washing. Still, it's a glimmer of hope and a sign of progress, albeit not a definitive one.

past few days:

heating pad at night
using up what's left of st herb lotion (massage before bed, then heating pad)
4 st herb pills
3 droppler of natureday liquid
6 goat's rue from motherlove
1 to 2 bags of fenugreek tea (because i was sick and it helps with clearing my throat)
