Hi lled,

Wow, congratulations! Are you a full A cup now? You look like a B cup on the photo.

Are you still noogling? Do you get good swelling after noogling? I wanted to ask which cup size you are using. I gave in and also bought a NB. I got the xs cups by mistake.... should be getting the medium ones this week. I did breastfeed so I have no problems with the suction but obviously almost no swelling with the xs cupsSad

thank you everyone. i'm so glad i didn't give up on NBE.

i'm not even a full A yet. i think my boobs look bigger than they are because they are closer to the center. i have boobage in the center (hence the cleavage) but not much that extends beyond my rib cage. but really, i'll take whatever i can get. when i started NBE last year, i barely had anything. i think i might have been smaller than an AA since non of the push up bras that i ever tried on actually pushed up anything. now, a 32A push up bra fits snug, while 34A sometimes fit, sometimes a little too big depending on the brand.

raw, i started taking photos of my progress in march 2011, but my NBE journey began back in late august 2010. i didn't really make any progress until taking PM around end of may 2011.

luisa, i'm still noogling. my swelling was better last month than this month. it's never really that consistent. drinking lots of water definitely helps a lot. if i'm ever so slightly dehydrated, i get no swelling at all. you breastfed so i think your progress with NB will be much faster than mine. it took me 4 months to get any swelling at all!!!! it was so frustrating. i started out with the small cups, but quickly got the medium ones. now i'm using contoured large. my swelling never really lasted til the next day like some of the girl on the NB forum.

so the last few days, i tried ramping up my PM pills and also adding greenbush serum to my afternoon tea. for the first time ever, yesterday, i had lots of breast sensations... like needles poking. my breasts have been SUPER sore the past 2 or 3 days. i'm going to continue with this until i notice any negative side effect.

Lled34aa... You look great! You have got some great results so far!! Congrats!!! =) Can you please tell me what brand/kind of PM you are taking?

right now, i am taking st. herb pills and siriporn pills. i massage with st herb cream in the morning and ro-bust at night.

the past 4 days, i experienced slight tingly sensations on my breasts. i grew in the past few months without any tingly sensations, just soreness. so this is new for me. i'm experimenting to see what brought on this new sensation. could be:

- me ramping up my PM dosage

- i started taking collagen pills again (i've tried it in the past and it didn't have any effect on my growth and i was suspecting that it made me bloated... now i'm trying again.. haven't been bloated in 4 days)

- i started drinking greenbush blend extract tea

- i got lazy and massaged PM cream over my nipples instead of avoiding them.

so today, i'm gonna try and not put any cream over my nipples, and cut out greenbush tea. see if i still get any breast sensations.

Hi lled34A,

I read somewhere that you have lost some weight while gaining breast size. My question is, how long are your work out sessions, how many days a week also what sorts of exercises do you do? Thanks.

i started out workout out with workout DVDs once or twice a week. slowly i got into fitness and ramped up the frequency of my workouts.

it's been a year now, and these days, i workout almost every morning, for 20-30 minutes. i sometimes go hiking over the weekend and that's the extent of my cardio. when i work out, it's mainly weights and stretching (yoga + pilates).

i used to be afraid of touching dumbbells for fear of looking bulky like a man. but do some simple research and you'll find that's not going to happen if you're a woman unless you take steroids.

for dropping weights, it's 80% your diet though, and 20% your workouts. with workouts, short, intense routines that gear towards toning and building your muscles is best because not only are you burning calories and fat during workouts, you'll continue to burn as your body recuperates.

i highly recommend listening to "cut the fat" podcast

http://cutthefatpodcast.com/

i learned a lot from listening to those podcasts. i don't usually go to the site though. i just listen through itunes. it's all free.

80% diet you say? So what percentage of your diet is devoted to protein, carbs and vegetables?

BTW, thanks for the info.

if you want to drop weights, definitely eliminate your sugar intake as much as possible. i don't drink sodas at all. fruits are good but do watch out for excess consumption of fruits because they contain fructose.

cut down on carb. it's best to get your carbs from vegetables and sweet potatoes. but i grew up eating rice and am still eating rice, just less of it. i love bread! avoiding bread as been the hardest. i still have a sandwich maybe once a week.

i try to eat as much vegetables as i can, and i eat a lot of meat. i also add whey protein powder to my morning shakes. overall i think i'm consuming around 1g of proteins per pound of body weight.

this is working great for me. good luck!
