thanks guys. i'm so happy to finally be making progress!
i was getting more soreness in august than in september. looking back at my photos, i was getting more swelling in august as well. this is what i did differently in september:
- started taking lots of spearmint tea (4 tea bags a day)
- cut downed on st herb pills and replacing those dosage with siriporn PM
- slacked off and didn't use my heating pad at night
- took lots of magnesium citrate at night
- took less goat's rue pills (went from 6 a day to about 3 or 4 a day)
so one or some of those changes seemed to have stalled my progress.
- spearmint might not be a factor (not that i know of anyways)
- maybe my body responds better to st herb than siriporn? eventhough a lot of people are saying siriporn is stronger than st herb
- maybe the heating pad was really helping me more than i thought
- magnesium combined with vitamin B has been shown to lower prolactin levels. so this could be a real culprit
- i'm not sure if cutting down on goat's rue by half can make that much of a difference?
anyways, to day is day 7th of my new cycle and i'm getting lots of soreness and fullness. this is what i'm doing differently for this cycle:
- heating pad every night
- st herb breast cream instead of nano
- 1 or 2 spearmint tea a day, mixed with a little bit of my left over greenbush herbal blend extract.
- magnesium, vitamin b, calcium, zinc supplement on a needed basis rather than every day. since these can lower my prolactin level
- 4 goats rue pills a day. 2 with each PM dosage.
- depending on how daring i get, i might ramp up my PM dosage, to 2 siriporn pills + 4 st herb pills a day. i know this is very high dosage. i'll be very careful with paying attention to any abnormalities i might feel.
