HI! Im completely new ... I joined well because... I have small boobs, like 34B and im 19 so im pretty much finished growing now. Im really down becuase I have a big fat bum and tiny boobs and its just not a sexy look Why does everyone else seems to have lovely big ones?! with no effort at all? Anyway I was wondering what all this Nuckleberry thing is? does the suction method work? I convinced myself at one stage piling on a load of fat would help... they did go bigger - but so did my bum & tummy. Jeezz being a woman is so hard. Ideas & methods anyone? Thanks x

Wow you're a 34B. I wish I was that big =/ I think we have about the same kind of shape. I have a big bum and no boobs lolz! I'm 22 and a 34A. Noogleberry is a suction device you put on your boobs and it stretches them, making them appear bigger. I think the more breast tissue you have, the better it will work for you (I think you'll get better suction, is what I'm trying to say). After suction, the breasts look larger than before (for me, after suction, I'm overflowing in a C-cup bra). But the "bloating"/increased bust size only lasts for a little while before you go back to your normal size. When I first started, it would only last for about an hour. But now, It can last me to the next day/half a day. So over time, if you pump every day, it takes longer and longer for the "bloating" to go down. The aim is to pump everyday and hopefully, over time, the "bloating" stays. But you get better results if you're taking herbs or something which will supplement from the inside while the noogleberry works from the outside. I'm currently on noogleberry right now and Wonderup and I haven't had permanent results but patience is key. I'm still hopeful and happy for any fullness I get.

The idea with any suction device is that in time, the tissue under your stretched skin will fill out and you´ll have permanent growth. So yeah, it does work but you´ll have to be very constant with it, pumping daily and for about an hour at a time.

If you're only 19 you may still grow into your early 20s - that's quite normal but I think starting some form of NBE early is a GOOD idea despite having been advised against it myself :/ certainly no harm in giving Noogleberry a go! And maybe some less potent herbs like Fenugreek, wild yam, saw palmetto...

Oh, and I think the majority of men find big bums very sexy indeed

im 19 too(but im not still growing i was the same height with bigger boobs when i was 13) i do think being young gives a bit of an advantage, iv had amazing results on pueraria mirifica i love it, its cheap and effctive and easier than taking all different herbs iv gained 3cups in under 2 months :o i now have an empressive 40in bust with 26in waist i havent dropped size at all while taking pm but im going to maintenance dose for 3 yrs after iv decided i dont want them any bigger just to make sure its all permenant.

And the bum thing loads of beautiful women have a pear shape(shakera, jen lopez, beyonce......) hey i have hide hips id love a bigger bum to fit them

Use a padded bra.Massage your breasts twice daily.You can use fenugreek.I've heard, If you eat chicken, your boobs will grow faster and bigger.Try a full push-up.Use sports bra.It will help.
