Hi Everyone I am glad I found this forum.
I was considering breast enlargement surgery until I found this site.
I've been reading it for a while now.
Anyway I used to have big breasts they used to be 36DD,but since having two children combined with losing weight they have shrunk to 34B.
I strongly prefer the herbal route if possible, so can I ask what the best program on here would be to firm them up, assuming that herbs can provide firmness which is what I want more than growth.

I would look at the threads on massage and the noogleberry pump system. Those that have had children usualy get good results. I believe it is because the tissues have fully developed. They just need some incentive to expand and grow again. Massage will help with the firming.
