Hi guys,

just thought I'd share this site I came across. It describes all the herbs known for nbe and how they work. It also has loads of useful info for women and has links to herb suppliers.

Also, I've seen a post that says you should take nbe herbs on an empty stomach. Could anyone tell me why? I'm confused, since all the herb bottles say to take them with a meal

Thanks for sharing this website link, you're right there's a lot of useful information there. From what I understand herbs are absorbed best on an empty stomach either at least half an hour before a meal or at least an hour after a meal. This is according to Lucille Sorella (Flat to Fab)
Although she also says that if this upsets your stomach you can take them with food.
