i have read that fenugreek realy helps to BE..
i am taking now sensouas breasts pills which also contain fenugreek and fennel, i drink soya and i massage my breasts each day..should i also take fenugreek tea?? and if so how do you make that??

you can buy fenugreek seeds then put them in a tea infuser and leave them in the boiling water for about 10 minutes then drink the water. I tried fenugreek tea and it gave me diahorrea. I don't get diahorrea when I take fenugreek capsules though....
