Cycle 5, Day 1
So have started cycle 5 of BO. Decided to ramp up my BO intake to 8 250g pills per day bringing me up to a total of 2,000g per day.
Last night had insane aches and pains all night. I can say all night, because I kept waking up because of them.
Noogled on my RH (smaller) breast yesterday for 30 minutes. Got a few light red dots here and there, but overall pretty good. Good swelling which lasted a few hours.
OUCH my breasts have these sharp aches in them as I'm typing. 8/10
I am going to TRY and do 360 rotations per day. I find if I do them in sets of 36 it is easier. So 1 set of 36 rotations then a small break, then another.
I thought I might try and noogle more regularly too, particularly on my RH breast.
Apart from that, my weight is 50.5kgs still.
It is funny but I've really calmed down in terms of my expectations of growth. I'm just taking it slowly, making sure I 100% take my pills, protein, eat well and limit refined sugar. I'm looking forward to the next cycle or two to see how my growth progresses. I am now at the stage where I theoretically should start seeing some more results.
