yeah. I wish someone would come up with a formula like ok so you are feeling x type of sensations during x time of your cycle = dosage seems about right.
Because its so hit and miss how some days you get major sensations, and others' not so much. And you don't know why! WHY!!!!!
Good news - this morning's temp is 36.9. So seem to be back in business.
Just on the breast sensation thing again - so yesterday it said my temp was only 36.2 right. But then I got some pretty intense sensations nonetheless.....
Weird...... half tempted to start noogling this morning...
Am not eating ANY chocolate for the next 14 days. Am having lots of protein in each meals. Eggs and bacon at breakfast with nuts. Salmon for snacks. Leftovers of meat for lunch, and meat obviously for dinner (as well as vegies and rice of course!). Two protein shakes per day. One in morning and one in arvo.
Breasts felt suddenly less dense last night. Today they feel less dense as well.
