Cycle 8 Day 8
Had a very little tingles here and there today, but nothing much, 2/10.
Didn't noogle as am still getting those red dots from nooglign with the large cups. grrr. I'm kindof undecided what is the best course of action.... is it to keep going with the larges, just slowly but surely in the hope that I will get used to them and the dots will stop happening...
or do I just stick with the trusty medium cups.
MSLA - They are the noogle rings, you buy them on the noogleberry website.
TM - yeah, it was quite exciting getting those pains! In terms of the SP.... that is an interesting one.... I actually think that I did gain weight (ok, now at this point everybody will be like UMMMM whatever! as I've talked so much about how I have lost weight over the last 6 months!!!!), BUT, I have noticed that I had more to hold down around my bum/hip area... and at one stage I thought I was getting stretch marks, cellulite... So I reakon that yeah, that can definitely happen. I think though if you are only taking 1 per day, or 1 every second day... then it should be fine. I was taking about 3 per day at one stage.
Also they say that after you do exercise your testosterone increases, so you could take one on the days you exercise....
Searching - yeah! That would be nice to see some results! I hope your noogling is going well too. Sounds like you are getting more swelling now.
